Moderate to Advanced Class
Ninety Minutes

These classes are designed for students that are familiar with the proper alignment of postures. Added to many of the standard postures are more challenging ones, Headbalance (Salamba Sirsasana), Forearm Balance (Pinca Mayurasana), Upward Bow (Urdhva Dhanurasana), and Shoulderstand (Salamba Sarvangasana). Modifications are always taught to accommodate the many levels of the students in attendance. 


Yoga Basics
Sixty Minutes

You will learn yoga postures. We take one pose at a time, focusing on anatomical alignment. You will learn foundational yoga postures that can be modified to work with your ability. We focus on what you CAN do, and not what you may not be able to do...yet! Great for Seniors, those new to yoga, or people with injuries. All Levels are welcome.


Slow Flow Yoga

​Sixty Minutes
This is a slow paced Vinyasa yoga class which utilizes breath synchronized movement that is design
ed to develop and expand your mind/body awareness. Students will deepen their practice while flowing through alignment-based asanas (poses). This class also includes pranayama (breath work) as well as meditation. All Levels are welcome.
