Moderate to Advanced Class
Ninety Minutes

These classes are designed for students that are familiar with the proper alignment of postures. Added to many of the standard postures are more challenging ones, Headbalance (Salamba Sirsasana), Forearm Balance (Pinca Mayurasana), Upward Bow (Urdhva Dhanurasana), and Shoulderstand (Salamba Sarvangasana). Modifications are always taught to accommodate the many levels of the students in attendance. 

Yoga Basics
Sixty Minutes

You will learn yoga postures. We take one pose at a time, focusing on anatomical alignment. You will learn foundational yoga postures that can be modified to work with your ability. We focus on what you CAN do, and not what you may not be able to do...yet! Great for Seniors, those new to yoga, or people with injuries. All Levels are welcome.

Young Yogis Empowerment Workshop™ for girls ages 9-12 (Mondays, July 16 - August 13, 2018)

Yoga is much more than physical exercise. It is a powerful tool for self-exploration. This program uses movement, meditation, and mindful activities to encourage empowerment of the whole child.
Girls can expect to have fun working on developing useful methods to navigate obstacles and create a stronger sense of self-confidence. They will also increase their focus and concentration, and build a more positive and balanced outlook on life.
Girls will learn the limitless possibilities available within themselves.

Family Yoga (Tuesdays. July 17 - August 21, 2018)
Sixty Minutes

Parents and kids ages 5 and up

In this class parents and children will enjoy a friendly, fun, and family oriented yoga class.
